1. What DotDeployer is

DotDeployer ("we", "us") is operated by Seller Tally LLC. DotDeployer is a control plane that provisions and deploys .NET applications to a server in your own DigitalOcean account. We do not host, own, or have access to your server's data beyond what is necessary to provision it, deploy to it, and operate the features you use. Your DigitalOcean account and any charges from DigitalOcean are between you and DigitalOcean; we never bill you for compute.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your DotDeployer account and for what you deploy with it. You must have the rights to any code, content, and third-party credentials (including your DigitalOcean and GitHub access) you connect to DotDeployer.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use DotDeployer to deploy or operate anything unlawful, to attack or abuse other systems, or to violate DigitalOcean's or GitHub's own terms of service.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. A 7-day refund is available on request, no questions asked. We do not offer a free tier or trial. Cancelling stops future billing; your server and everything deployed to it remain yours and continue to run under your own DigitalOcean account.

5. Availability and changes

DotDeployer is under active development. We will do our best to give notice of breaking changes to the service, but availability is not guaranteed while the product is in early access.

6. Limitation of liability

DotDeployer is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Seller Tally LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including issues with the DigitalOcean server DotDeployer manages on your behalf.
